On November 28th 1978 James James cater is indicted finally here. It's been two and a half months indicted on charges of kidnapping and first degree murder. Mary Lou Aruda no one is upset about that. I'm sure for him and he's a new wife. They're like we lost a hell of a shift manager. On the case Joanna Ruda who was Mary Lou's mother said quote she was a poor innocent girl on the wrong street at the wrong time.
