The Dale Carnegie Teachings

Lawrence Peter was a Canadian professor who eventually came to teach at the University of Southern California. He felt drawn to studying organizations and why they succeeded or failed in different circumstances. In 1969, Lawrence co wrote a book called the Peter principle. The nut of the argument he made is that every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence.
