I spent years trying to work on climate policy inside of canada. I'll never forget the day, actually, that i was at a conference and a talking about how we continue to produce more and more oil,. but call ourselves a climate leader. It's not government's job to constrain production. Climate changeis just about demand. It's just about reducing omissions. The paris agreement is structured to to reduce omissions. And again, no, not production.
