Aqua culture got a rough start but they are figuring out sustainable practices. Algae is super super healthy and underrated. So eat more algae, farm shellfish you can eat with impunity as much as you want those oysters, mussels, clams because they actually just filter the water so we don't have to catch wild fish to feed the farmed fish.
