How to Be an Expert in Rational Thinking

How do you get started even researching this or becoming somewhat of an expert in this idea of rational? Well, it's funny because when I started out with conversion optimization, I tried the other thing. And that tanked like literally I lost a hundred thousand dollar client because of that. But thanks to those fails and to trying these things in that treadmill of just kind of it's not even a treadmill. It's a hamster wheel. You keep going over and over trying the same things that don't work. So it's really just about research and testing all the time.
