Actalty wis is the biggest hadden challenge, right? So no one in packason wakes up with a wish that they will start a career in a university which is not a faculty career. But i was fortunate that we started off with a small team of about six, seven very key people that i had known from before. And they have remained. They they led some of those seven areas that i talked about, and then continue to evolve when they are at vice president positions now.
