The group would never recover from the town house. That's how the incident became known in the movement. You just had to say the town house, and everyone knew what you meant. At the end of the day, weather underground was just a group of people who were utterly compromised by the system that they were trying to fight. The glittering image of bernardine dorn during the heavy years of 68 and 69 is more real than the young people behind them.
