The four point salivary test for cortisol is good, bad or people sure are going to go to wrong. I would not do it. Spencer actually experimented with it and they were all different. They were across the board different at different times of the day. But you have to do it through a real lab. And then the only way it's truly, truly been validated is at night, that late night salivary cortisol. If we're concerned with someone having a cushion syndrome and we check it when they go to bed and a bit high, then that that should not be high. It should be at its lowest point there.
