Is There a Racial Disparity in Baseball?

i think in the last 30 or forty years, the number of black majorly baseball players reflects that. There's a huge financing gap to get a child to that next level where they might be seen. And so i'm very aware that in the club i was working, there was only a few children of color amongst hundreds of kids. It's really hard to figue out what to do about it, because you can't make kids want to like a sport.
