Is the S Cs Role to Audit Smart Contracts?
I remember trying to rap head around why some of these disclosures made sense. Not too many people see all the filings made by a certain company, just like not many people go in an audit smart contract code. I really don't think the s cs role is to audit mart contracts. That may be the role that you would have third parties play. But i push back against the notion that we're deciding who can invest what based upon our conclusions about their sophistication.
