He says maximum output in place of restricted output meant don't just slow yourself down because you don't wanna work hard. They wanted to work in a measured pace because there was the assumption that the whip would come around the corner, the stick instead of the carrot. And we'll talk about some of the experiments they go into later,. But that's where maximum output inplace of restricted output mean. It means don't justslow yourself down becauseYou don't want to make one person look bad by over producing or over achieving so on and so forth.
