Small Caps, It's Trickier, Right?
If a Fed doesn't end up cutting rates in a prompt fashion, we have a serious refinancing problem for the big companies. Once something gets so expensive, it's really hard to make it perform. I own a lot of Argentinian debt, some corporate, some sovereign. Don't paracente and don't buy Argentinian sovereign debt. It's been a rough trade. I've lost money. Absolutely counted. And I like the trade still.
