Responsibility as a Human Being

Do we have a responsibility to the robot? So do the robots have aresponsibility to us? Yeah. And I like this word responsibility. Paul Recur has a really nice essay on responsibility in which he says, you know, we should be very literal about the way that we understand responsibility. We already have advocates for AI and robots going before government decision making bodies and advocating for them on their behalf.
