The human brain can't necessarily focus on two things at once, but it can keep awareness of a second thing while you're focused on one. And if you have to focus on the other thing, go ahead and focus on that other thing. The ability to press in, look at a problem, solve the problem, give them, give a direction, give a solution and then get out of there is really key from a leadership perspective.
