The whole bark of dogmatism is not beng irotic about it exactly. This thing, the mark that you're pointing to is just, i think it's what we've already said: no factual proposition can ever be proven from experiment. So again, this is just a category mistake about how experience is related to our axioms. But i wanted to back up the first one, which to me, is more important and interesting,. Which is just that there's no clear difference between observational propositions and theoretical propositions.
