The Unease in the City of Kiev

Kiev does not feel like it's a city that could be siege at any moment. There isn't panic, you don't see people stocking up on goods and supplies. People are very aware of it, but they treat everything with care. For ucranius, this is not anew conflict. This is not a new war. They've been in a state of war for eight years and suffered significant losses over the past eight years. So people quite hardened er. They're also very sceptical of anything that could be inducing panic.
