John von Newman responded to Robert Oppenheimer's famous hand ringing about his role in creating nuclear weapons. He said, some people confess guilt to claim credit for their sin. It is the antithesis of science because they're asking you to prove a negative prove to us that it won't hurt. Won't harm us. That's that's proving a negative. You can't. Right? So it's non scientific. It's completely unscientific.
