I read Martin Fowler's refactoring book with bated breath in 1999 or whatever that thing came out. It was really an important book and I'm like, this has changed. But you know, it still has it's also nice. That's a catalog. So you don't have to read it end to end. You can just zoom into parts that are relevant for you at that moment. Like there's a lot of people kind of stuck. And I think embracing the idea of refactoring, maybe not in the traditional by hand effect of Martin Fowler's original book.
