The Relationship Between ADHD and Dementia
There's some research that looks at ADHD associated with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease and with Lewy body. The one piece of evidence that's probably the strongest is the ADHD association with Lewy bodies at a five-fold higher risk. But we should be mindful in following the ADHD patients when they get older, whether they're at risk four or eight years from now.
