Neurodynamics - The Big Misconception
The most common problem in the clinical syndromes we see in nerves is too much force. And I reckon neuromobilization is an adaptive procedure because it's where applying force is something that's already forced on. So somewhere along the line a change occurs might be improved as a stochastic function or might be reduced sensitivity or to blood flow. The biomechanics of that, I still grapple with them,. and it makes sense the more I hear it, but it's still a difficult answer. You gotta see Michael's model with neurodynamics made perfect sense as you say it. It's a day-to-day thing for me; everything starts from there.
