How to Inflate and Deflate the Tires
Tire inflation system used in big vehicles can be inflated and deflated as they go, so they don't have to get out and put air in em. But if you don't exercise the tires and that system, it gets brittle. And here's a little detail that is really interesting. I don't know how much this explains, but it could explain all of it.
