The Mayor of Plutonium Town

"I'm Gom-Gom. I need you to test this," says Mud, the mayor of Plutonium town. "You activate your rod like you always do, but it just seems to fizzle." He then asks a guard if he can let him out first: "Can you... While he's knocking his arrow, take it away, please? Can you let it out, please?" The guard agrees and sends off an electric charge that discharges into the cage where they're both held. After several more attempts at teleporting them free, one is finally able to leave with Mayor Prattle dead in their arms.
