Is Joint Ownership a Good Thing?
Don't mess with the banks. What about having joint ownership? Like, if you had joint ownership bank account, to me, that would be kind o like a seamless transition. But i guess there's maybe more to joint ownership than than there may seem at the surface. The pro is some simplicity and ease with dealing with the money. The cons though, is that if one kid gets divorced, it becomes part of their family property division. If they get the interest income? There are so many questions.
