The First Amendment Is a State Actor

Twitter is essentially the law looks at Twitter as just a big printing press. The state has no right to tell them who and who they cannot fire, he says. California's Constitution has even stronger free speech protections than the US Constitution. He still thinks that that claim can potentially be successful but it was not successful in his case.
