Is Fathom a Precept for Showing All Time Data?

The design plays off of our existing brand, but introduces a few new elements. It looks like it's part of fathom, but stands slightly separate as well. Fathom basically went off line during d s attacks back in twent 20 that is it. We don't have these outages because we're using manage services. I think we're the only solution that has the nerve to have a precept for showing all time data.
