Yielding to Wellness: The Hardest Piece

Yield to wellness became a family thing. I have to make it a whole family activity. So maybe we're not exercising, but we're playing cornhole in the backyard or something like that. One of the easiest ways for me to integrate the yield to well-being was deep breathing. And I think that mindfulness is really, really helpful - particularly for those with neurodivergence.
