Do You Think the Data From Police Departments Are Reliable?

I think that the data from police departments are very flawed. They're very limited. They are very incomplete, and they are the only thing we had at the beginning of the pandemic. So i feel like availability kind of trumps everything else. I can't dete directly. Certainly, it's not something that police departments, either individual officers or police leadership were saying that they were doing.
