affirmative action is a set of policies that any institution like a workplace, a college, etc. will adopt to make sure they're hiring a wide range of people and giving everyone a fair chance. People think of it as leveling the playing field because historically, racial minority groups as well as women, other minority groups are. Yeah, basically at a disadvantage. So theoretically, it sounds good. But I remember you talked about this a lot. You said it was going to be hard for you to stand out as an Asian male who wants to go into STEM. And on top of that, you have good grades. So you think that this is very common and it is very common. It doesn
