eric posner is a professor at the university of chicago's law school, and his new book is how anti trust failed workers. The word monopsony was not actually coined with ta Sherman act. It existed before it was coined in the 19 thirties. And there's a long history of people not bringing anti trust suits against large employers. If they agreed to divide up their markets, if kreer mersh or kreskin would go to jail. But even for somebody like me who is quite sceptical about o well, antitrases work in the prodem mark in the last 34 years, it is shocking ow basically they not even try.
