The Importance of Sleep
In the early years of school, after the age of seven, real education must arise from a foundation of art. If we can imbue our teaching with an artistic quality, we influence children's tmic systems. Such teaching makes a child's breathing and circulation healthier. Sleep is very important; whatever we do during our waking hours, it is carried into sleep. We should never think that we are not active when we sleep.
