Ritual is something that human beings have done for centuries, in millennia. Anthropologists tell us that we actually created ritual together before we had human language. Caspar told how feeling connected to the unique traditions in his community inspired him to study ritual as an adult. He saw ritual making in places like cross fit, soul cycle, social justice movements and recognized those rituals as something he calls ritual spotting.
