Is There a Difference Between Specificity and Repetition?
In much the same way as we might wonder, for instance, if we wake train, we might want to develop a bicep. Now, there has to be an overload, a desirable difficulty, a challenge point. And er ino muscle fibres grow during through process of super compensation, during rest and recovery. So learning is the same in many ways. I mean, in a small sided game environment, in basket ball or field hockey, or then your different neural structures are activated in the brain while you engage in that process. In similar way, we have to have specificity. There has to be repetition, but perhaps repetition without repetition.
