At the very top, people's wealth is largely based on their stockportfolios, which, as we know, have triples, o maybe quadrupled, since two thousand nine. And in the middle class below, people’s wealth is basiclly dit the value of their houses, which have not come backa second example, again, popably familiar to much of the audiences, was, again, a bypartisan accomplishment in 19 92
