Is Complex PTSD an Official Diagnose in the DSM?
Complex PTSD is not an official diagnosis in the DSM. It's a different kind of trauma that some people call complex PTSD. The things like social withdrawal and avoidance, hyper vigilance, total change in affect are all part of it. And so I'm very interested in this, obviously, just because it's my own lived experience.
