Are You Having a Sticky Growth Curve?

A really bad you know, a retention curve looks like this. After the first use, they just hate you so much, like, no one even comes back. It's just lit, zero rat and i don'tknow what kind of business that is. I mean, it's obviously a shiody business, but, ah, i can't explain a good business that has to retrention curve like that.
