Learning From Mistakes
How do you learn from mistakes? When i tried to do it at the beginning, i realize that notes are woolly. The default human nature is blame type culture. So we create a very safe environment here to talk about our mistakes. And once you have it in your mind, it makes it easier to accept. It frees your mind. O, we just have thi burning curiosity. We're guetting an environment where technological disruption is increasing probability of mistakes. I'm just interested in how you approach companies like Soyouve trying to figure out the world and then have a go at them.
