The way publicly held companies are structured is sort of an instance of representative democracy. You have the opportunity as shareholders to vote board members in and out. But mat levin, who i'm sure we might sid again, says everything is security fraud beas you can always attempt a lawsuit against them. It's really hard when the stock value goes up, or it's something that's considered widely a good deal.
