The Importance of a Foundation

When you've got this kind of whispering happening and you've got kind of lieutenants that are shadowy, it feels like we're beyond the point where we need. Like, there needs to be a mechanism that allows for people to resolve their conflict. Without an explicit way of resolving conflict, then what do we do? You know? I have a lot to say about this.
