It's about half of what it's been anywhere since 19 90. But this also brings something bad with it too. Because there is so much inbalance, beneficial in balance to us the investors in this market, this means that it will start to adjust out of our favor. And i say, as we predicted about two years ago, that this is about the very best point right now - maybe over the last six months.
