What Are the Triggers of Conflict?

Ike: When people are in conflict, i'm guessing there are certain triggers that come up for them. I dont knowif here's some common ones maybe you could speak to, i give some some thoughts or advice around these. Ike: Sometimes a facie expression, a tone of voice, the way you didn't tex me back, all of that, can send threat signals over here. And then i come to you feeling threatened already, and you're like, what? What do you mean? I'm not mad of you."
