What Is the Contribution of Private Sector Actors in South South Cooperative?
The relationship between private sector actors and the government of, say, india is incredibly varied. Even from company to company, i don't think we can put any singular explanation on it. We can see revolving doors, public private partnerships, contracting that there are so many complex relationships between companies. And in a way, i think this wa will become the new form of accountability for non aid development finance. But it's going to be a real difficult battle.
