The Double Jeopardy of Elections

The New York case is the one that's the hush money. That's in my old office. The Georgia case hasn't happened yet, but I think that's going to happen soon. As crazy as it sounds, you actually can be prosecuted on both the state and federal level for the same conduct. And there isn't a constitutional issue with that even it's, even though it sounds like in a common sense way, right.
