The Quality of People in a Company Is Inversely Proportional to the Size of the Company
Tal: As companies get larger, the mean level of talent goes down. Tal: It's certainly much harder to measure performance for in a going concern than in the very unique situation where you're trying to go from zero to one. CEOs aren't quite in that situation, but it doesn't seem like they are really tracking that well either, how well or poorly that CEO is doing sometimes.
