The Anterior Circulation of a Stroke

Cerebral circulation is served by the internal carotid and anterior cerebral artery. The symptoms that you get of your stroke will depend on where that stroke occurs within that system. Symptoms include weakness or sensory loss affecting the contralateral arm, leg or one side of the face.
