The Challenges of Scaling Schools

The early returns are good, but scale is the biggest issue over time and we're working on it. We don't think that having 500 schools with 500 discrete competency models is going to be the way this scales. The sector has kind of an appropriate level of immune response to things that feel like top down standardization. So I think there's ways that the competencies are going to have to harmonize.
