The Importance of Resilience in Coaching

I knew the way I'd finished in 2001, I knew, so I had to come back for myself and because I was a young coach. We wanted to get rid of the single captain leadership model which we felt was outdated. More responsibility among some of these great players that we had in the team more responsibility, more leadership and more ownership. There were a whole lot of other things in there as well that we decided we were going to do. At that meeting the great Sabrian, Corin de Frey's, better people make better all Blacks and it became a cornerstone of everything we did and drove us over the next sort of over the years.
