How Did You Come Up With the Name Green Desk?
Okisa: We looked in manhattan a lot, we did have a non compete with our green dust partner. And im, it was tough. I'm had a lot of conversations with people who were like, again, who are you? You have no background in real estate. So very few people wanted to work with us. Okisa: Adam is good at making connections with people once that door is open. Like if he sees a crack and he can get in there, then he's never going to stop until but how did you put the money forward for them?
