Is the Housing Component a Cost Push Factor?
I am very concerned about the quality of the statistics, particularly the inflation statistics. I believe a lot less inflation now and prospectively. The housing component is going to keep on adding a lot to the core that's a real phantom inflation. There are other ways to do this or other measures like the median or the Dallas Fed trim mean.
