Dr Justin Sonnenberg is a professor of microbiology at Stanford University. He says fermented foods flood your body with billions of bacteria. They're not suitable for everyone, especially if you are immunocompromised or on certain types of medication. If however, you can eat fermented foods, then I really would recommend you give them a try. You get a wonderful range of new flavours and the health benefits are impressive.
