The It Factor in Presentations

When somebody is up there entirely being themselves, and you can tell they don't really care what other people think. They're sharing it in a pure form that is incredibly disarming for everybody listening. So when some one's a bit different in their fly ing that flag, and they don't care, it creates a true possibility of an amazing experience. And i would argue, the crooker the performer is, the more disarming it is, and thus, the greater the chance for success.
